Vehicle Assignment and Exclusion of Voluntary Returns
If the customer does not provide the information requested by us for parts assignment – especially the vehicle identification number, vehicle data, original part numbers, or photos – completely or correctly, but still places an order, the selection is made at their own risk. If the delivered goods match the order and the lack of fit is solely due to incomplete or incorrect customer information, there is no entitlement to a voluntary return.
For businesses, the return of goods specially procured or ordered for the customer is excluded, unless otherwise expressly agreed upon in text form, for example, via email.
For consumers, statutory withdrawal rights and statutory warranty rights remain unaffected. The right of withdrawal is only excluded for goods that have been manufactured based on individual customer selection or clearly tailored to the customer's personal needs.
